Being able to draw the best card in your deck for the right situation is obviously very powerful

Dragons would get mana screwed, wizards would have weird shenanigans and vampires could very well dominate the game

$150 isnt out of the question, especially if Slivers are confirmed at some point, but the ship has probably already sailed on making any reasonable profits here

I wouldnt recommend playing Tithe in any deck playing green, as it doesnt put any lands youre searching for into play, but ensuring you can start with 2-3 lands and an extra color or 2 of mana earns it a slot in many decks
