which has a similar effect to the painting throughout

Whilst subtle, the silhouette does have darker black paint evident to the extremities of the head and hair (please see photographs). It is possible that the silhouette was later edited or was painted over a print. The worked is housed in a tan leather frame which shows some light signs of wear commensurate with age but remains attractive. Dimensions Height: 13. 75cm
