With more than 35 years of investing, developing, constructing, and managing real estate across Wisconsin and Minnesota, we continue to prioritize these core markets while selectively expanding into adjacent regions in the Upper Midwest.
We typically co-invest approximately 20% of the required equity alongside our partners, ensuring strong alignment of interests and meaningful sponsor commitment.
