As Vice President of Acquisitions at MSP Real Estate, Aaron Spiegle is responsible for launching and leading the company’s real estate acquisitions platform, with a focus on multifamily and senior living investment opportunities across the Upper Midwest. He is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and executing new acquisitions that align with MSP Real Estate’s long-term growth strategy.
Aaron brings nearly a decade of experience in acquisitions, having led the execution of more than half a billion dollars in multifamily transactions nationwide. His background includes expanding portfolios into new markets, managing complex due diligence processes, and developing long-term acquisition strategies that drive sustained growth.
